We provide onsite and remote services for the convenience of our clients and to help you learn to use your new tools on your own computer, in your office, with your transactions. Occasionally, depending on the client's situation, we can perform data analysis and cleanup at our locations.
QuickBooks Setup & Installation
The basic installation of QuickBooks software includes a one hour interview during which time we can gather the necessary information to setup your QuickBooks file and tailor it to your specific business operation. We arrive at your location, at your convenience, to learn about your business and help assess your accounting needs. We then bring your customized company file to your office and install it into your QuickBooks software. If you choose the QuickBooks Training and Setup Consultation, it will be performed at this time.
QuickBooks Training & Setup Consult
The Setup Consultation allows additional time for more customization of your new company file, instruction regarding historical data entry and training of personnel who will be using the QuickBooks software (maximum 4 hours). We are also able to provide accounting advice and work closely with your CPA or tax professional as well as offer answers to software questions and we can help input critical historical data. We can make as many repeat visits as needed until you are up and running on your own.
QuickBooks Assessment Consult
If you are already using QuickBooks software but aren't getting the information you need or can't provide accurate information to lending institutions, accountants or other outside agencies, we can assess your files and determine whether the problem is systemic or due to improper installation and use. A QuickBooks Assessment Consultation is thorough and you will be advised of our finding before any changes are made to your current system.
Remote Access Support
Remote access support allows us to share connections on your computer or on ours. We are able to take control of your mouse and walk you through difficult functions or problems while you watch what we are doing. Fast access cable service is recommended to be able to use the remote access features. Due to the fact that we are not required to make a trip to your location, we are able to offer this service at a reduced hourly rate and only bill in increments of 15 minutes.
Cloud Services
We have teamed up with Cloud9 Real Time Services and have server space in the Cloud waiting for you! If you like your desktop version of QuickBooks and don't want to go to Online QuickBooks,or if you have a need for several people to have access from different locations or devices or you simply want the convenience of viewing work files and documents after hours, ask us how we can help. Nightly backups and remote access to company files and folders eliminates the need for costly backup systems and IT work to keep networks up and running.
QuickBooks Data Analysis & Repair
Once we determine whether the problem in your company files is systemic or due to improper installation and use, we can begin cleaning up the files. Occasionally, it is more cost effective to begin with a new company file, but that situation is rare. Generally, we are able to clean up a company file so that your financial statements are accurate and all accounting information is being properly reported.
QuickBooks Tune-Up
As your business develops, we can help fine tune QuickBooks to accommodate growth and changes in your operations. As your skills grow, we can help you to utilize powerful tracking and reporting capabilities in QuickBooks. Our goal is to help our clients gain maximum benefit from the QuickBooks software and utilize every function available to help make your business more successful and more profitable.
Conversion of Data
While QuickBooks will not permit the conversion of actual transactions from prior periods, we are able to transfer client and customer lists, vendor lists, etc. We can also help to input critical historical data in journal entry form to provide accurate accounting information.
Periodic Adjustment Analysis
Monthly or Quarterly Adjustment Analysis services are available to provide ongoing support while personnel become more proficient and knowledgeable. During this time additional training and instruction is provided to help businesses take advantage of all QuickBooks features nor currently being used in your operations.
